CommerceIQ's net ARR growth was driven by two key factors:

1. Rapid new customer adoption & global expansion

CommerceIQ recorded several enterprise contracts, with over half of ARR growth coming from expansions as brands deepened their subscription with the CommerceIQ AI Platform. New contracts spanned 13 industries with several accounts in Grocery, Electronics, Health & Household, Beauty & Personal Care and Alcohol.

2. Widespread adoption of AllyAI agents

AllyAI is now in use by over 76% of CommerceIQ accounts, providing significant impact to their bottom line.

Optimizing media spend with AI-powered incrementality

Brands like Pilgrim's Pride use AllyAI to make more efficient media spending decisions using a proprietary neural network model that identifies the optimal bid curve by analyzing 50+ media signals.
