Chief Executive Officer

Guru is a seasoned Technology and Business leader with over 15 years of experience in the ecommerce industry. Before founding the company in 2012, Guru spent five-plus years at Amazon building out automated vendor management and supply chain.
 
He also became the AI-based selling coach for 3P sellers. Guru also held the role of General Manager of the Marketplace Experience at eBay, where he led the global launch of eBay’s “Fast N’ Free” shipping and the Global Returns programs.
 
Guru has a Masters with a focus on Machine Learning from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from the Wharton School.

Rohan is responsible for all of CommerceIQ’s revenue and customer functions. He is a customer-first leader with extensive experience in transforming culture and execution to achieve growth in tech companies.
 
Prior to CommerceIQ, he was COO at 247.ai (a Sequoia company headquartered in California), and Managing Director at Optus Communications (Australia). Rohan grew up and worked in Australia before moving to the US in 2019.

Moni is responsible for CommerceIQ’s Product and Technology functions. He is an innovative leader with extensive experience in strategic planning and execution to achieve results in technology companies.
 
Prior to CommerceIQ, he was Chief Product Officer at Uniphore (a Conversational AI leader, headquartered in Palo Alto), Chief Product Officer at New Voice Media (acquired by Vonage) and Chief Technology Officer at Five9.

Sai brings CommerceIQ more than 20 years of marketing and strategy experience from a mix of enterprises and startups, leading marketing efforts across demand generation, product marketing and brand management.
 
He holds an MBA in Marketing from the Kellogg School of Management and a Master’s in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University.
 
Prior to CommerceIQ, Sai served as Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer at SheerID, where he played a key role in driving growth over seven years. His career also includes leadership roles at Apigee (acquired by Google), SAP and co-founding TalentCove.
 
Sai grew up in Mangalore, India, and moved to the U.S. 32 years ago. He now resides in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife, Alison, and their two sons.

Matteo is an experienced financial leader with 20 years of expertise across B2B and B2C industries, guiding companies from startup to global expansion. He specializes in financial planning and analysis, mergers and acquisitions and growth strategies.
 
Prior to CommerceIQ, Matteo served as CFO at Canary Medical and Augmedix, where he spearheaded financial transformations, successful fundraising rounds, and operational enhancements. Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions at SAP, and Boston Consulting Group.
 
Matteo holds a Master of Business Administration from IESE Business School and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science from Università degli Studi di Parma.

Heather brings a unique background to CommerceIQ, having spent 25+ years leading teams in retail and tech and having pioneered employee experience and ID&E initiatives at Target Corp and Amazon/AWS. She believes deeply that people are the engine behind the products and customer experience and investing in that engine is essential to creating business value.
 
She has spearheaded initiatives such as Inclusive Leadership, Manager Learning Series for Leadership Development, Moments that Matter, Mentorship, Diversity recruiting and led enablement efforts for both Tech and Sales while at Amazon.
 
A Minnesota native, Heather currently resides with her family in Seattle WA. She leads an active lifestyle training for triathlons and marathons, and practicing yoga.
 
Heather earned her degree in Communications with a minor in Women’s Studies from a private women’s college in MN, St. Catherine’s University. In 2022, she also completed an Inclusion, Diversity & Equity Leadership Executive certificate program at Wharton (University of Pennsylvania).

Himanshu is an experienced business leader with 12+ years of experience across product management, customer success, business development, statistical modeling, building enterprise software and services. Himanshu leads product management for the CommerceIQ Advertising platform.
 
Prior to CommerceIQ, Himanshu advised fortune 100 companies at Kearney and started his career building machine learning models at Capital One.
 
He has a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi and an MBA from the Ross School of Business, University of Michigan.

Nimay Parekh

Nimay serves as SVP of Growth and Partnerships at CommerceIQ. He has over 20 years of experience in product and commercialization leadership, having successfully scaled and exited multiple PE and VC backed companies. He led Product and Growth at Series E Sequoia and Google Ventures backed Security Scorecard and Martech Forrester Wave leader Jivox. Additionally, he co-founded and exited Cloudreach as a PE roll up via Blackstone. In addition, he scaled out Factset’s EMEA operations as the fastest growing region during his time leading its International operations in the Middle East.
 
Nimay holds an MBA from INSEAD and a GSP in AI Robotics from NASA and Google backed Singularity University. He is a TEDx and SXSW speaker on the DIY Equation, a methodology of productizing global humanitarian projects using exponential technologies. He is a published author of 6 research papers in AI and was invited to become a White House Presidential Innovation Fellow in 2019. He is passionate about the topic of True North Leadership and teaches it at 1440 Multiversity with Bill George (ex CEO of Medtronic and HBS Professor) and Scott Kriens (ex CEO of Juniper Networks). He also serves on Forbes’ Business Development Council.

Joanna Campbell is a seasoned business leader with over 20 years of experience in customer success, general management, operations, sales, and go-to-market strategy. She currently leads Global Customer Success at CommerceIQ.
 
Prior to CommerceIQ, Joanna held leadership roles at Kraft Heinz and Procter & Gamble. She played a key role in building a successful SaaS ecommerce platform leading to a successful exit in the EU and US and co-founded a FinTech SME lending platform.
 
Joanna has a proven track record of driving results in both large enterprises and high-growth startups, with deep expertise in ecommerce and digital transformation.

Gaurav Khanna

VP, Engineering Digital Shelf Analytics

Gaurav is an experienced engineering leader with 15+ years of experience building and scaling enterprise software products at companies such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
 
He spent many years in the EC2 org at AWS, where he led building and shipping multiple new cloud services in the area of enterprise management. Most recently, he served as a Director Engineering in the Developer lifecycles services division at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
 
Gaurav earned his B.E. in Computer Engineering from the Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology, New Delhi and his Phd in Computer Science from Ohio State University.

Anne oversees the legal function at CommerceIQ and brings over 15 years of in-house experience advising companies in corporate law, commercial transactions, M&A, intellectual property, and privacy matters. An accomplished strategic business leader, she has been successful in scaling and driving expansion for high-growth companies and building high-performing teams to deliver results.
 
Prior to joining CommerceIQ, Anne served as Head of Legal at Measurabl, an ESG software company. She has also served in a variety of legal leadership roles at tech companies ranging from early-stage to post-IPO. Anne began her legal career as an intellectual property associate at Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, and as a litigation and corporate attorney at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.
 
Anne received her B.A. from Mount Holyoke College, M.A. from Brown University, and J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law.

Jeff has held senior finance roles across companies. He holds a B.A. in Physics & Astronomy from Whitman College and a Masters in Accounting from Golden Gate University.

As a seasoned professional in the field of e-commerce, Olivier has spent years driving substantial growth for businesses across various industries. Prior to joining CommerceIQ, he led the advertising and content practices at Media.Monks with teams based in the US and Argentina.
 
Preceding that position, he spearheaded on the brand side the growth of the e-commerce business for six major brands in North America, as the head of e-commerce. Olivier also served as CEO of a European business before relocating to the US.
 
He holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the California Institute of Technology (Caltech) and an MBA from INSEAD.

Jeff is a seasoned ecommerce veteran with over 20 years of industry experience and more than 8 years in agency leadership. At CommerceIQ, Jeff has held several positions, including Head of Customer Success, Head of Renewal Operations, Client Partner, and he now leads the CommerceIQ Agency business. Before joining CommerceIQ, he led the Customer Success and Services teams at an Amazon Media Agency. Prior to that, he founded, built, and successfully exited a retail ecommerce business through acquisition.
 
He holds a Degree in Business Administration from Cascadia College.

Nikitas Koutoupes is a Managing Director at Insight Partners who joined the firm in 2001. He focuses on investments in application software, especially in education technology and sales & marketing automation. He currently works with Campaign Monitor, Conga, Copado, Ensighten, Epignosis, Illuminate Education, ILUMNO, Nearpod, OwnBackup, SpaceTime Games, and Versatile.
Nikitas’ prior investments at Insight include CloudCraze (acquired by Salesforce), Virgin Pulse (acquired by Marlin Equity), Capella University (IPO, NASDAQ: CPLA), Exact Target (IPO, NYSE: ET, acquired by Salesforce), eVestment (acquired by Nasdaq), Football Fanatics (acquired by GSI Commerce), Frontline (acquired by Thoma Bravo), Greenfield Online (IPO, acquired by Microsoft), Platespin (acquired by Novell), and Realink (acquired by Zaio Corp). He was named to the AlwaysOn Venture Capital 100. For the first decade of his tenure at Insight, Nikitas co-managed Insight Onsite, the firm’s team of dedicated operations and strategy experts.
Prior to Insight, Nikitas co-founded and was the Chief Financial Officer of CTSpace, a software company which became part of Insight’s portfolio and was subsequently acquired by the McLaren Software. He started his career with McKinsey & Company, where he worked on strategy, turnaround, M&A, and corporate finance engagements. He also contributed to a major research initiative entitled “The War For Talent.” Nikitas co-authored a chapter titled “Customer Lifetime Value: Methodology and Applications for Operating Partners,” in “The Operating Partner in Private Equity,” published by Private Equity International.
Nikitas received an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar. He earned a BA from Princeton University’s School of Public and International Affairs, graduating summa cum laude. Nikitas is fluent in Greek and speaks conversational French. He is a persistent runner and cyclist, and has a keen interest in the philosophy of physics.
Nikitas and his wife, Zineb Guessous, live in Manhattan, learning to play zone defense with their three children.

Prior to joining Madrona, Scott worked at Amazon.com, where he held senior product and business management positions in the Amazon Kindle and Amazon Marketplace groups. He led several key initiatives, including the international rollout of Amazon’s Merchants@ platform. Earlier in his career, Scott was a Senior Consultant in Accenture’s strategy consulting practice, where he worked with clients in enterprise software, retail, and energy sectors. Scott graduated cum laude from Northwestern University, where he received his bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics and Economics. He received an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar. Scott was an early investor in CommerceIQ, and has been on the board since June 2014.

Jason is a Managing Director at Shasta Ventures, overseeing an early-stage venture capital firm managing over $1 billion. His active investments span enterprise cloud computing, mobility, commerce, open source software, SaaS, and social networks. Jason has spearheaded notable investments, including Adometry (acquired by Google), Demdex (acquired by Adobe), Makara (acquired by RedHat), Steelbrick (acquired by Salesforce), and StrongLoop (acquired by IBM). Currently, he serves on the Boards of CloudPassage, Glint, Leanplum, Nextdoor, Smule, and Zuora.
 
Prior to joining Shasta, Jason held the position of Vice President of Strategy and Operations at Walmart.com for five years. His impactful tenure contributed to growing the business from zero to substantial revenue, establishing Walmart.com as one of the largest online retailers. This experience equipped him with insights into thoughtfully scaling fast-growing businesses and leveraging software for operational enhancements. Jason initiated his career as an investment banker at Alex.Brown.
 
He holds an M.B.A. degree from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a B.S. degree in Finance from the University of Maryland. Beyond his professional pursuits, Jason is an avid scuba diver and a dedicated supporter of shark conservation.
