He is passionate about value-based engagement and leads cross-functional teams across Customer Success, Support, Professional Services, Operations, and Education. He is known for building high-performing, customer-centric organizations that drive retention, expansion, and long-term success.
Prior to CommerceIQ, Damian was Vice President of Customer Success at Algolia, where he led the global team to drive value realization and retention through strategic engagement, best practices, adoption, and education. He also held multiple leadership roles at Alteryx, spanning the full post-sales lifecycle, helping scale operations and improve customer satisfaction. Damian holds a BSc in Mathematics and Computer Science from Loughborough University in the UK.
