Anne Wu

Anne oversees the legal function at CommerceIQ and brings over 15 years of in-house experience advising companies in corporate law, commercial transactions, M&A, intellectual property, and privacy matters. An accomplished strategic business leader, she has been successful in scaling and driving expansion for high-growth companies and building high-performing teams to deliver results. Prior to joining CommerceIQ, Anne served as Head of Legal at Measurabl, an ESG software company. She has also served in a variety of legal leadership roles at tech companies ranging from early-stage to post-IPO. Anne began her legal career as an intellectual property associate at Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, and as a litigation and corporate attorney at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Anne received her B.A. from Mount Holyoke College, M.A. from Brown University, and J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law.
