Guru is a seasoned Technology and Business leader with over 15 years of experience in the E-commerce industry. Prior to founding the company in 2012, Guru spent five plus years at Amazon building out automated vendor management, supply chain and AI based selling coach for 3P sellers. Guru also held the role of General Manager of the Marketplace Experience at eBay, where he led the global launch of eBay's “Fast N’ Free” shipping and the Global Returns programs. Guru has a Masters with a focus on Machine Learning from the University of Texas at Austin, and an MBA from the Wharton School.

Ravi has been on the board of CommerceIQ since 2020, and brings a wealth of investing experience from Shasta, a premier early-stage venture firm with more $1 billion in management, Ravi led the firm’s investments in and currently serves on the Boards of Anaplan, Brandcast, FogLogic, LeanData, Lightbend, Lucidworks, Resilinc, Spiceworks, Squelch, Suplari, and vFunction. He also led Shasta’s investments in AppSheet (acquired by Google), Finsphere (acquired by VISA), Clickability (acquired by Limelight) and ChartCube (acquired by Anaplan), iConclude (acquired by HP), Lithium (acquired by Vista Equity), Outright (acquired by GoDaddy), Volometrix (acquired by Microsoft), WatchDox (acquired by Blackberry) and Zenprise (acquired by Citrix).

Scott Jacobson

Scott Jacobson

Managing Director, Madrona Ventures

Prior to joining Madrona, Scott worked at Amazon.com, where he held senior product and business management positions in the Amazon Kindle and Amazon Marketplace groups. He led several key initiatives, including the international rollout of Amazon’s Merchants@ platform. Earlier in his career, Scott was a Senior Consultant in Accenture’s strategy consulting practice, where he worked with clients in enterprise software, retail, and energy sectors. Scott graduated cum laude from Northwestern University, where he received his bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics and Economics. He received an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar. Scott was an early investor in CommerceIQ, and has been on the board since June 2014.

Dave Hersh

Dave is an entrepreneur, advisor and investor that acquires purpose-led startups leading them to sustainable breakaway growth. As the CEO, his focus is on Mobilize, which turns organizations into movements. He was the Founding CEO of Jive, where he grew the company from its inception as a small open source project with no revenue to a pre-IPO company. After Jive, he helped early stage companies and was a Board Partner at Andreessen Horowitz. Prior to Jive, Dave was a strategy consultant. Dave has been an independent board member at CommerceIQ since May 2017.
